3 Ways We Can OVERRULE The Supreme Court’s Overrule of “Roe v. Wade”

There is ALWAYS a way to overrule ANYTHING, even something from “The highest court in the land”.

And there are 3 very powerful and effective ways to do so with the Court’s apparent decision in “Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization”, overturning the 1973 “Roe v. Wade”.

WAY #1: Elect 2 More Democratic Senators in “The 2022 Midterms” to Pass “The Women’s Health Protection Act”

“The Women’s Health Protection Act” already passed The US House of Representatives and there are 50 Senators (plus Vice-President Harris) who support it in The US Senate. The only thing preventing it from becoming law is that 2 Democratic Senators (Manchin and Sinema) are unwilling to vote to create a “carve-out” to The Filibuster Rule so that 51 can pass it (instead of 60 under The Filibuster).

If 2 more Democratic Senators are elected who support women’s reproductive rights AND are willing to create an exception to The Filibuster to make it happen . . . IT WILL PASS and the law will OVERRULE The Supreme Court opinion.

WAY #2: Elect More Democrats in The House and Senate in “The 2022 Midterms” to Pass “The Judiciary Act”
